It has been a busy month since the release of Tropics Matte Clay, especially with the high amount of brewing sessions and shipments to fulfill.
As most of you have known by now, I have partnered up with Gerson & Co. in creating the Tropics Matte Clay and future products. I have been learning how to brew from my good friend, Gerson (Jing De) since the middle of this year. We have been buddies for quite awhile now and occasionally I would pop by and help him out. To be honest, I am surprised how homebrewers in Asia now have catchup the pomade game and produce a product that is relevant to the market, especially for the climate here in Singapore. Gerson and Co’s Topic Matte Clay has definitely killed it. Except for the slight tugging which is expected of a strong hold product, this product is definitely worth your money. A product that combats the humidity, easily to be restyled if needed, a gentlemen scent, you have nothing to worry about. This product delivers what it promised

I could tell the effort the guys behind the brand has put into the clay and their persistence really paid off.
What we have here is a Matte Clay which is not dry or feel like straws in the hair.
The combination of Castor, Jojoba and Avocado oils also left my hair feeling conditioned after the wash-out.
There is really nothing much to say from here. It is a fantastic home brew product which deserves to be ranked on the same level as Oasis from Templeton Tonics.
